Breakfast Idea 2
Since I spent time in the yard, I didn’t have much time to be creative with breakfast this morning! So here’s my typical ‘throw together breakfast’ plate.
Slices of almond or rice cheese, sliced organic tomatoes drizzled with olive oil for lycopene, organic cucumber slices, a handful of dandelion greens for fiber and anti-oxidants, a radish, a few black kalamata olives, a handful of strawberries for more anti-oxidant power, some freshly ground flax seeds in the blue dish (to sprinkle on my tomatoes), my probiotics waiting to top the strawberries, and a slice of high fiber bread!
Green tea is brewing, and a dash of black pepper will add the final touch to this quick but super healthy breakfast.
