Buying and eating the best possible produce is insurance against spending way much more than the cost difference on medical bills.

Ingesting pesticides is a huge culprit in our declining health.

Investing in your health is the wisest of investments.  It will pay you back with good health and better quality of life in your golden years, and fewer trips to the doctor.

Some people tell me they can’t afford organic produce, or healthy options at grocery stores.  And yet each of us can find far less critical, daily expenditures that add up to quite a bit of money.

How many times do you buy a coffee or tea drink from a Cafe for $3-$4?  How much do you spend on hair-care, manicures, junk food, etc..?

Safeway stores have greatly expanded their Organic Produce section, and the cost is very competitive.

With that said, today I tried a new juice combo that was very yummy!

And since my daughter invented the delicious ‘Quantum Muffin’ using pulp, I felt excited about generate a veggie-fruit pulp mix to add to the recipe!
