CASTOR OIL – THE PALMA CHRISTI

Recently, while doing research (I have had recurring tummy pain over several weeks)… I came across mention of Castor Oil.. and decided to purchase a book written by Dr. William McGarey, a physician who studied Edgar Cayce‘s use of Castor Oil to relieve dozens upon dozens of ailments with the many hundreds of people who consulted with him.

I knew of Edgar Cayce and his amazing ability to diagnose and heal people around the world, whether near to him or far.

I bought a bottle of Hexane-free, organic Castor oil and the recommended wool flannel, and did abdominal castor oil packs 4 nights in a row .. and my aches have not returned!

For the past 5-6 years I have not been able to curl my big toes without pain, and I wear very supportive shoes (read mostly ugly) and toe separators to get by. Surgery was the only long term relief option given to me by an orthopedic surgeon sometime ago, but I never went through with it since I can’t afford to be off my feet for weeks.

After reading about the author’s success with arthritis patients, I generously rubbed the oil on my big toes and wore socks all night. The next morning… for the first time in 5 years... I bent my toes with NO Pain!  I barely use my toe separators now, and am wearing Bernie Mev purple shoes. 🙂

My wrists hurt from computer use, so of course I now rub Castor oil on them each morning and night, and haven’t used my magnetic wrist guard in weeks!

I’m taking half a teaspoon once a day to see if it helps my snoring, and for general “je ne sais quoi”.  I also use it as a moisturizer around my eyes, and on the back of my hands.

Liquid gold.  Castor

Edgar Cayce recommended using castor oil heat packs on abdomen 4 nights in a row, and then taking a week off, repeating as necessary.

You may wish to consider it for a variety of ailments  – see list below.

      1. I saw!! I am going to make ’em! I created a cookie last week that is mostly ground nuts, with some seeds, psyllium husk, dark chocolate and almond yogurt. A dash of pure maple syrup for a touch of sweetness.

  1. I kicked myself last wk for not having done the hot pack over 10 yrs ago when a good friend got it for me. Would’ve saved me thousands of dollars over the years. It helped heal the bronchitis recently, clear the nasal passage; and I’m rotating it on all the organs along with an onion/ginger pack.

  2. I’m just getting ready to used The Palma Christi Castor Oil. My hair is so thin and I am hoping it will thicken my hair and grow it as well.

    1. Caldonia,
Add Essential oils of Rosemary, Thyme and Lavender to Castor oil to help hair grow and stay healthy.
Buy a reliable brand like DoTerra, Essential Oil Labs or AuraCacia.

Mix 1-2 drops of each oil with 2 Tbs. of Castor oil and massage into your hair. Cover and leave on for 10 – 15 minutes, then shampoo with gentle, organic shampoo. Let me know how it goes! Best to you…
