Delicious, Quick Un-Burger


  • Portobello Mushroom, peeled in stripes, and grilled or sauteed in a little Avocado oil, season with Sea Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder
  • 2 thick slice Onion, grilled or sauteed in pan with mushroom, season
  • 1 thick slice Tomato
  • Sweet potato, cut in chunks and sauteed in Avocado oil with black pepper, chili powder and sea salt
  • Diced chili pepper (opt)

Vegenaise dressing:

  • 2 Tbs. Vegenaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • Dash of Cayenne (if not using chili peppers)

Simple, delicious, quick, healthy!
